Unofficial fan site
Guessingame is an unofficial fan site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Farflung LLC or the makers of Farflung. Farflung and related names and marks belong to their respective owners. We use the name to describe a fan made geography game and make no claim to the official brand.
Use of the site
You may play the games, read the pages and share links for personal, non commercial use. You may not scrape the site at a rate that harms other visitors, attempt to break the game, copy the site wholesale, or use the content to train a model without permission.
The games are provided for entertainment. We do not guarantee that an answer list is complete, that a daily page is available at a particular moment, or that the site will be free of errors.
Answers and corrections
Answer lists are editorial. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, especially when a border, a language policy or a country’s status changes. If you believe an answer is wrong, email hello@guessingame.org with the expedition date and the clue. We review corrections and update the archive when the geography supports it.
Intellectual property
The original copy, artwork and code on this site belong to Guessingame. You may quote a short passage with a link, but you may not republish the site or its game content as your own. Third party game names and marks remain the property of their owners.
Third party links
The site links to other websites, including the official Farflung site and other geography games. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guessingame is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these terms when the site changes. The date at the top of the page is the date of the latest revision. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
