Guessingame is an unofficial fan and directory site. Some game pages embed players from third-party hosts (for example Top Games or GameDaVinci). Those hosts control the player content. Guessingame controls the landing pages, navigation and any native games we build ourselves.
How to send a notice
Email hello@guessingame.org with the subject line “Rights request”. Include:
- Your name, organisation and contact email
- The Guessingame URL(s) you are concerned about
- What you own or represent (copyright, trademark or both)
- A link to the official work or mark when available
- What you want us to do (remove a page, change a title, add a credit, etc.)
What we do next
We aim to acknowledge notices within two business days. For pages we control, we will remove or revise content when a valid claim is clear. For embedded players, we may remove our landing page or the embed, and we may also point the rights holder to the upstream host.
Counter-notice
If material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, reply to the same thread with why the material should be restored. We review counter-notices in good faith; this is not a substitute for legal advice.
Good-faith note
Guessingame labels embeds and states that we are not affiliated with Farflung LLC, GeoGuessr AB, the New York Times or other brand owners. We prefer fixing labels and removing pages over arguing when a claim is straightforward.
